Some opportunities only happen in person. This service produces label showcases and listening sessions for industry guests, media, playlist and radio programmers, sync supervisors, and prospective partners: venue selection and coordination, artist performance planning, run-of-show, guest-list strategy and invitations, presentation materials, and the follow-up process that converts attendance into business.
Events are designed around a purpose — introducing a new signing, launching a flagship release, presenting the roster to partners — and every element serves it: the order of performances, the pacing, the materials guests take away, and the conversations the evening is engineered to create. Post-event, your label receives a follow-up list and recommended next steps for every meaningful contact made.
Showcases are produced under the personal direction of Ruben Burgos, the Architect & Founder, who hosts and represents your label in the room. His presence at the top of the event signals to guests that the label’s leadership stands behind its artists — because UMG’s founder is standing there himself.
