UMG Network Collective is an educational tool for talent — a place to learn the business you are in while you build your career in it. Every service teaches as it delivers: artists learn how releases work, models learn how the industry works, DJs learn how bookings work, labels learn how catalogs work, businesses learn how audiences work. The goal is simple: talent that feels great about the business they’re in — confident, informed, and impossible to take advantage of.
Giving Back Is Part of the Mission
Success means little if it never reaches back. The Founder of UMG Network Collective, Mr. Ruben Burgos, gives his time and resources to the community that raised him:
- Giving clothing to the less fortunate
- Feeding the homeless
- Teaching mixed martial arts to youth — discipline, respect, and confidence
- Teaching computers to youth and young adults — the digital skills the future runs on
This is not a program on paper. It is the founder himself, in the community, doing the work — the same hands-on standard he brings to every artist, model, DJ, label, and business in the Collective.

Every service in this network is personally serviced by the Architect & Founder himself — when you come to UMG, you do not get handed off. You get the founder.
