A great live show is a skill, and skills can be trained. This service coaches your performance in rehearsal and review settings: stage presence and movement, microphone technique, set pacing, transitions and talk between songs, working a crowd of five or five hundred, and recovering gracefully when things go wrong.
Performances are reviewed honestly — what landed, what dragged, what the audience felt — with specific, drillable improvements for the next show. The coaching meets you at your level, whether your next date is an open mic or a festival stage.
Coaching is personally delivered by Ruben Burgos, Architect & Founder of UMG Network Collective, who has spent a career around stages as a performer, promoter, and organizer. His feedback comes from watching thousands of performances and knowing what separates moments from noise.
