New Face Development Program
A complete starter program for new models — fundamentals, first materials, and professional grounding from day one.
Every working model was once a beginner who knew nothing — the difference is whether their beginning was guided or left to expensive trial and error. This program gives new faces a structured start: an honest assessment of your look, markets, and potential; a realistic development timeline; and the foundational knowledge of how the industry works, taught before mistakes get costly.
The program builds your first professional materials in the right order — digitals, foundational posing and walk training, a first directed test shoot, and the beginnings of a portfolio — while safety, conduct, and contract education run alongside from the start, not as an afterthought. Parents of younger models are included in the educational process wherever appropriate.
The New Face Development Program is personally delivered by Ruben Burgos, the Architect & Founder of UMG Network Collective, who assesses, teaches, and develops each new model himself. You finish the program with real materials, real skills, and a clear understanding of your next steps — the foundation everything else in a modeling career stands on.
