Session Musicians & Band Assembly
Professional session musicians and full band assembly for recordings, showcases, and tours.
The right musicians change everything. This service connects your project with skilled session players — drummers, bassists, guitarists, keyboardists, horn players, string players, and background vocalists — matched to your genre, your material, and the level of the occasion.
Assembly covers auditions or selection where needed, rehearsal organization, charts and preparation materials, and aligning the band on arrangements before studio time or stage time is spent. Whether you need one guitarist for a session or a complete touring band, the personnel are chosen to serve the songs.
Band assembly is personally handled by Ruben Burgos, Architect & Founder of UMG Network Collective, through his deep New York music network built over decades. Artists play with prepared professionals instead of whoever happened to be available.
The Objective
To surround the artist with musicians who elevate recordings and live performances. The objective is a tight, professional sound in every setting.
